Chocolate Sprinkles Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup milk

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Cook Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Line a muffin pan with paper muffin liners.
• In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
• In a separate bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
• Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.
• Mix in the chocolate sprinkles.
• Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
• Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
• Allow muffins to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
