Coffee Muffins Recipe
These coffee muffins are a delectable treat for coffee enthusiasts. They have a light coffee flavor and are ideal for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Total Time: 35 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and instant coffee granules.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into muffin cups lined with paper liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Allow for a few minutes of cooling before serving.
