Sour Cream Muffins Recipe
These sour cream muffins are a moist and delicious treat. They go well with coffee or tea for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a muffin pan with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Sour cream, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract should all be combined in a separate bowl.
- Stir wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
