Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and melted butter.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  • Combine the flour and milk in a mixing bowl until just combined.
  • Mix in the egg until it is just combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup approximately 3/4 full with batter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.
  • Remove the muffins from the oven and cool in the muffin tin for 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove the muffins from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
