Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

Time Needed

• Prep Time: 15 minutes
• Cook Time: 20 minutes
• Total Time: 35 minutes

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
• In a separate mixing bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, chocolate hazelnut spread, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
• Stir wet and dry ingredients together until just combined.

• Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds of the way with batter.
