Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Whisk together the flour, sugar, walnuts, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg in a separate bowl until well combined.
  • Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until they are just combined.
  • Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter from the prepared muffin tin.
  • Bake the muffins for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving after removing from the oven.
